What’s Inside?

Wheatgrass - an excellent source of many different vitamins and minerals. It has a high fibre content and is especially high in vitamins A, C and E, as well as Iron, Magnesium, Calcium and Amino Acids. And, because it’s harvested before the Wheat (grain) grows, its gluten free. An awesome all-rounder for overall health & wellness!

Barley Grass – a great source of vitamins, protein and fibre, Barley Grass is a powerhouse of nutrition! And, like the Wheatgrass, because it’s harvested before the Barley (grain) grows, its gluten free.

Spirulina – an amazing algae that grows in fresh water. It is packed with antioxidants and nutrients, including Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, Copper and Iron. It is also a great source of Protein with an average tablespoon of powder containing around 4g of Protein. Spirulina can also help to maintain a healthy digestive system. It contains prebiotics which encourge the friendly-bacteria within our gut, improving the gut microbiome and promoting optimal digestion.

Coconut Water – low in fat and an excellent source of antioxidants and electrolytes. Coconut water is rich in Potassium, Calcium and Magnesium, and it can even help to aid digestion due to its naturally occurring electrolytes and fibre content.

Blueberry - These super little berries are an incredible source of nutrients. Low in calories, but high in fibre, Vitamin C and Vitamin K. Blueberries are said to have the highest antioxidant capacity of all popular fruits and vegetables.

Spinach - an incredibly nutrient-dense leafy green loaded with beneficial nutrients. Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Calcium, Magnesium, Beta-Carotene, and Folic Acid to name a few! Spinach is also high in carotenoids which your body can convert to Vitamin A, providing powerful antioxidants that support many aspects of your health and wellbeing, like a healthy immune system.

Maca – A vegetable native to the Andes region of Peru, favoured for hundreds of years by traditional herbal medicines. Maca Root is packed with fibre, vitamins, minerals. It’s a great source of Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) and is also full of Amino Acids. It provides iron and iodine, which promote healthy cell growth and maintenance and also help to manage and regulate metabolism. It also contains Potassium which is great for aiding digestion and supporting overall muscle health. Recent studies have also suggested that Maca may even help improve energy levels.

Pineapple – a delicious anti-inflammatory superfood. Pineapple is packed with Vitamin C and contains an enzyme called Bromelain that can help to reduce inflammation of the gut, boost natural immune function, and stimulate protein digestion. A great addition to promote digestive health.

Alfalfa - An amazing low-calorie, nutrient-dense source of rich soluble fibre. It contains a wealth of vitamins and minerals including Calcium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Iron and Vitamins A, C, E & K. It’s also a great source of plant-based protein.

Kale – Packed full of micronutrients and antioxidants, kale is one of the most nutritious leafy greens available, containing Vitamin A, Vitamin K, Vitamin C, Manganese, Calcium and Riboflavin. Kale is also high in Lutein and Zeaxanthin, two nutrients that are known to be important to maintaining healthy eyes.

Chlorella - An awesome nutrient-dense fresh-water algae, packed with antioxidants, nutrients, vitamins, minerals and omega-3 fats. Chlorella is also a complete protein source, meaning it contains all nine essential amino acids. The literal meaning of a “superfood”.

Strawberry – Superb Strawberries are a rich source of antioxidants and also contain Manganese, Folate, Vitamin C and Potassium. Plus, they taste delicious!

Moringa - Native to Northwestern India, nearly every part of the Moringa plant has long been used in herbal medicine to treat a vast number of conditions. The leaf is rich in antioxidants, it also contains calcium, iron, potassium, Vitamin A, C and E.

Flaxseed - Loaded with nutrients and linked to numerous health benefits. It’s an exceptional source of fibre, protein and Thiamine (Vitamin B). Flaxseed also contains copper, manganese, magnesium, phosphorus, selenium, zinc, vitamin B6, iron and folate. It’s an amazing source of alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a type of Omega-3 fatty acid that is important for heart health. ALA is one of the essential fatty acids that we have to obtain from foods or supplements as our bodies don’t produce it naturally.

Turmeric - A little kick of this powerhouse powder manages to pack an incredible punch. A natural antioxidant favoured for its anti-inflammatory properties.
